If you experience errors using our website, it may be caused by other than default settings in your browser or other software installed on your computer. Dollar A Day Websites® may appear to have viewing errors until the following guidelines are adhered to:

> All popup blocker software should be temporally reduced in popup strength or disabled or if you wish, please add www.dollaradaywebsites.com to "normal or ok list" of websites that do not use popups as Dollar A Day Websites does not use popup windows or ads.

> Firewall software installed in your system: If you are using a Firewall program such as Zone Alarm by Zone Labs or Norton Internet Security by Symantec, you may need to add www.dollaradaywebsites.com or https://www.dollaradaywebsites.com to your "allow" list.

> It is also recommended but not required, that you use a broadband connection (DSL or Cable) to view the Internet and our website.

Browser Requirements for Secure Transactions:

To properly utilize secure 128-bit encryption on the Internet, it is recommended by Dollar A Day Websites® that you browse the Internet or make secure transactions with 5.0 or higher versions of both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape web browser software with 128-bit encryption packs installed. These two browsers prevent any encrypted information from being written onto the user's hard drive, which makes it impossible for an unauthorized user to access Dollar A Day Websites® customer account data. If you are using any other browser to view the Internet or make "Secure" purchases, keep in mind information that you provide on websites may not be secure. Note: Microsoft and Netscape use the following terms to identify the 128-bit browser:

In order to maintain our system integrity and resources we expect our customers to act responsible. When you use any Dollar A Day Websites® services, in any form, you automatically agree to the following Conditions.

Dollar A Day Websites® reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services or products that we provided when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used. In short, we do not allow the following:

No adult content (Pornography).
No online gambling.
No Spam, No unsolicited e-mailing.
No Warez, cracks, copyright infringement.

We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies

Server abuse:
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, or us, is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of other accounts or computers:
We will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include "Internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to us, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

Commercial advertisements with e-mail:
Unsolicited commercial advertisements (Bulk emails) are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation for repeated offense.

Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than five or six recipients, is by itself spamming unless the individuals have specifically requested to be added to a mailing list on that topic. E-mail is a person-to-person medium, not a broadcast medium to many.

Chat Rooms:
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms, without approving it with the Support Team. Most chat rooms tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option.

Background Running Programs:
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one-to-one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC:
We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Content Ownership:

Customer is responsible for all content or information residing on, obtained or transmitted via the Service.

Payment Policies:
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. There may be certain setup fees imposed for certain account types or major account changes. All pricing is guaranteed up to the next following term of prepayment for the next time period. We reserves the right to change our prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon in advance. Any account not brought current within one (1) business week (5 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies us in writing to request a termination of services.

Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and paid by us if we institute our right of cancellation. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.)

All of our website products, services and web hosting plans are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, services or support within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount including any setup fees but excluding overages and some minor labor fees. Please note that Domain Name Registration fees ARE NOT refundable at all because the domain name is registered to you, not us. If the Dollar A Day websites® plans or web hosting plans includes a free domain name registration, when canceled an amount equal to the regular domain name registration fee will be charged to your credit card. For web hosting contracts of 3 months or less, the full contract amount less any domain registration fees and overages will be refunded if we are notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available for any Dollar A Day Websites® Company's product or service after the 30th day. For web hosting contracts longer than three months, a refund equal to one half of the contract amount less any domain registration fees and overages will be given if we are notified prior to the first day of the second half of the contract term. For example, on a twelve month contract we must receive the notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the sixth month of the contract. No refunds will be given once the second half of the contract term has begun. This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, additional disk space, additional pop accounts, etc. Due to security concerns, all account cancellations must be done in writing via mail or fax with a valid signature of the primary contact of the account, account name, reason for cancellation. We also accept account cancellation submitted from the registered e-mail address of the account holder. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. If payment was made by check or bank transfer, payment will be made by company check and post marked within 15 days of receipt of cancellation.

Lawful Purpose:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use our servers for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. We expressly forbid anyone from using servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of our management.

Indemnification:
Customer must agree prior to signing up with our service that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Dollar A Day Websites® Company, Dollar A Day Websites Company's subsidiaries, Dollar A Day Websites Company owners, agents, officers, employees and our customers, harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Dollar A Day Websites Company, Dollar A Day Websites Company's subsidiaries, Dollar A Day Websites Company owners, agents, officers, employees and our customers, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with our servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from our servers.

The Dollar A Day Websites® creation plans:

It is understood by you, the Client and Us the Product or Service Provider that it could take some time for you, the Client to gather all the required information needed by us to create your website. Therefore, we will make time allowances for you to gather your information and send it to us but, we CANNOT extend your contract past the first year anniversary date unless you have prepaid for the service of any web hosting or domain name registration to continue. Please be advised, if you sign up with any Dollar A Day Websites Company product or service that gives you one (1) Free year of web hosting and or one (1) Free year Domain Registration, your year contract starts the day your deposit is received. We reserve the right to use as much as 15 to 45 days from the time we receive all of your website creation information to create and post your site. Typically a 5 page website is usually built in as little as 12 to 14 days if we receive all written Information as well as all photos or graphics needed and all element placement instruction from you to complete every page.

We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for any products or services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by our Web hosting service and our employees.
