It is understood by You, otherwise known as "The Client" and Us the Service Provider that it could take some time for you to gather all the required information needed by us, so we can create your total website. Therefore, we will make time allowances for you to gather your information and send it to us but, we cannot extend your contract past the anniversary dates or in plain language, your contract starts the day your deposit is received, not from the day we receive everything from you as stated in # 1 of the dollar a day plan. We reserve the right to use as much as up to 45 days from the time we receive all information and elements from you, needed to create and post your site, depending on website package purchased. Typically a 5 page website is usually built in as little as 12 to 14 days if we receive all Information from you as well as all photos or graphics needed and all element placement and instruction from you to complete every page. If we receive rough draft pages and other elements from you as you finish them, we could be finished with this project within a few days after we receive the final pages.

It is also understood by you as the Client, that after you sign up for the Dollar A Day Plan, you will be using our Products/Services as follows: We set you up with a Pre-Designed, website that you choose, from over 100 already created designs. You will decide the Domain Name of your website, (i.e. www.yourcompanyname.com) then let us know. Providing that this name is available, we will register the name for you at no additional cost. We will set you up with a hosting account for your website at no additional cost. We will set up your email accounts in the hosting account. All you have to do is decide what name you will use (i.e. myname@companyname.com). We will give you other various items of service along with this plan like monthly updates to your website at no additional cost. As long as you continue with our program referred to as "Dollar A Day" and have paid your yearly or monthly fee, these services will continue, even after the first year. You will need to give us the name of your Website (i.e. "My Company"); All of the Wording that you will use on each page of your site (single, or double spaced, in Arial, Times New Roman, Courier, San Serif, or Verdina typestyles); All graphics (as high of resolution as possible) and if applicable your logo and or links. All of the content per page should be pre laid out in rough draft by making a drawing for each page of your site that will fit on up to 5, standard 8 ½ inch by 11 inch sheets of paper. You should make your rough draft drawings with the paper held sideways (landscape) to simulate your computer monitor. This can then be scanned by you or at any stationary store like your local staples or office depot, then sent to us as an email attachment or faxed so that we get an Idea of what you want. By choosing our Dollar A Day website plan, since you are only leasing space on our servers and as a matter of our security in our product, we will not allow you to manage your own files on the remote host or give you a copy on CD of the finished product until you have completed your service agreement for the first 2 years. We have full rights to use the same design that you may have chosen, for our other customers. If after we create this site, you would like to move to another hosting service or chang your domain name registrar, their will be a $365.00 "moving away charge". The only exception to this charge is if we are unable to fulfill our service to you.

We offer a 30 day Money Back "Decision" Guarantee. - If you change you mind within 30 days from signing up, not to get a website with "Dollar a Day", you may cancel with a full refund. However you may be liable for Domain Name Registration Fees and Web Hosting Fees and time spent on developing your site after the first 15 days, which may be a minimum charge of up to $100 dollars.
